This course covers all required content to prepare you to pass the FAA written knowledge exam. But we don't stop there; the goal is to enhance your learning experience making it interactive while helping to prepare you to be a safe and competent pilot.
Features
The Online Private Pilot Test Prep course contains the quality lessons for which Jeppesen is known. Ground school and maneuvers lessons are included using a combination of audio, video and graphics to clearly explain each topic. Each lesson contains links to test questions, human factors information and interesting case studies to further your learning and serve as the perfect tool for the student preparing for the FAA written knowledge exam. Studies show that students retain more knowledge from an engaging and truly interactive learning experience which this online course was developed to provide. After successful completion, the student receives an endorsement from our Chief Instructor to allow him or her to take the FAA written knowledge exam.- Updated, state-of-the-art content written by pilots and subject matter experts with over 342 years of combined experience
- A Learning Management System (LMS) that tracks your completions, test results specific to each question and assists you identifying your strengths and weaknesses
- FAA example test questions included along with multiple practice tests to fully prepare you for the FAA written knowledge exam
- Besides learning the tasks and concepts, lessons emphasize critical thinking to make you a better pilot
- Includes full syllabus that utilizes a building block approach to ensure that you know which content to study and when
Minimum technical requirements are:
- Operating System: Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional or Vista; NOT for Mac OS 10.6 or any 64-bit operating system
- Web Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 3.0 or higher
- Adobe Flash: Flash Player 8, Flash Player 9 or higher
- Adobe Acrobat: Acrobat 6.0 or higher, or another similar PDF reader
- Java: Java 1.6.0 or higher
Important Note: Ensure that your email service provider accepts email from Jeppesen@telnetworks.com. You will receive an email notification once your online course has been set up, this may take up to 24 hours or longer. If you already have an active Jeppesen online course, you will not receive an email notifying you of this purchase. The new course will automatically appear for you in the Jeppesen Learning Center.
Refund Policy:You must request a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you complete two or more lessons you are NOT eligible for a refund.
Renewals: If you want to renew your subscription for an additional year please call customer service or send an email to captain@jeppesen.com. The price per renewal year is $39.
